- • As a District Sales Manager within Elanco Animal Canada Limited's Pet Health Team, you will be instrumental in leading and developing a high-performing sales force across the Ontario region. This pivotal role is the first line of management for Sales Representatives, with a core responsibility for their recruitment, ongoing development, and recognition, all while embodying and coaching the Elanco values and behaviors. You will be at the forefront of driving Elanco's mission to improve animal health, contributing directly to our vision of 'Food and Companionship Enriching Life' and our purpose to 'Go Beyond for Animals, Customers, Society and Our People'.
- • Your leadership will be critical in navigating Elanco's exciting trajectory, especially as the company stands on the brink of historic product launches. You will be tasked with driving transformative success by ensuring your team effectively promotes Elanco’s innovative Pet Health products and provides robust support to our valued channel partners. This involves not just meeting but exceeding sales targets across all product categories, and skillfully guiding the successful introduction of new offerings into the market.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive district business plans. This requires a data-driven approach, leveraging performance metrics and market insights to optimize resource allocation, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business results. You will be expected to analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and ensure maximum market penetration and profitability.

You will work closely with marketing, sales operations, and channel partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, strengthen key relationships, and support national and regional sales initiatives.
