- • This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated direct sales team and a network of manufacturing representatives across Europe, focusing on driving sales of our premium brands: Schrader, Preco, and Sensata.
- • The position is strategically focused, with 75% of the effort dedicated to the aftermarket segment and 25% to OEM/OES channels, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.
- • A primary objective is to cultivate and expand market share with existing key customers while simultaneously identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- • The Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets, and ensuring their direct team consistently meets and exceeds these objectives.
