- • As the Vice President of Sales for the German Market at BLP Digital, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and scaling a high-performing sales organization. This is a pivotal leadership role for a builder and operator who thrives in a hands-on environment, leading from the front by personally closing deals and setting a clear standard for performance. You will be responsible for building, coaching, and mentoring a top-tier team of Account Executives, while also engaging directly in complex, high-impact sales opportunities.
- • This position offers substantial ownership and visibility within a rapidly growing, self-financed, and employee-owned SaaS scale-up. BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with cutting-edge AI technology, solving critical enterprise problems across finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more. Our solution is already deployed in over 40 countries, serving more than 20,000 daily active users and automating over 70,000 processes each day, with a strong customer base including Fortune 500 companies.
- • Your leadership will directly shape BLP's competitive strategy and market positioning within Germany. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships and closing deals with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CPOs, CSOs, and CIOs, within leading industrial and retail companies. The core of your mission will be to help these organizations reimagine their operations through intelligent ERP automation, leveraging BLP's unique AI-driven solution.
- • Key responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing sales team characterized by fast ramp-up times and exceptional productivity. You will foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves developing and refining the sales playbook. This includes implementing regular team training sessions focused on enhancing objection handling, sharpening the value proposition, and improving overall conversion rates. Your strategic input will be vital in ensuring our sales approach is consistently effective and aligned with market demands.
- • You will develop, own, and maintain accurate forecasting models and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking full accountability for revenue outcomes. Driving predictable performance against targets will be a primary objective, requiring rigorous pipeline management and strategic decision-making.
- • The role demands running detailed pipeline reviews and providing hands-on coaching to the sales team. This involves deeply understanding account dynamics, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing decisive actions to accelerate deal velocity, improve quality, and increase win rates, all while maintaining an efficient and lean operational structure.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be through direct deal engagement. You will personally develop and close complex, high-value deals, leading challenging sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders across various departments, including Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, and Sales. This hands-on approach ensures you remain connected to the market and can effectively guide the team.
- • Staying abreast of the latest trends in ERP and AI automation is crucial. You will leverage this knowledge to effectively position BLP's differentiated solution against competitors and ensure our offerings are perfectly aligned with evolving customer needs and market opportunities.
