This pivotal leadership role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and possesses a deep understanding of sales strategy, team development, and financial performance.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive profitability and ensure the overall success of the BC region by strategically managing and developing a team of District Managers. You will be the guiding force behind their efforts to achieve ambitious sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and uphold Neo's high standards.
  • • A key focus of your role will be on maximizing the efficiency of sales operations, with a keen eye on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). This involves meticulous data analysis, strategic planning, and the implementation of effective sales methodologies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • • You will be tasked with cultivating a high-performance sales culture throughout the region. This means not only setting clear expectations and providing robust support but also actively coaching and mentoring your District Managers to empower them to do the same for their teams, from Store Managers to frontline sales representatives.
  • • Developing and executing comprehensive regional sales strategies will be at the core of your duties. You will translate overarching company sales goals into actionable plans tailored to the unique market dynamics of British Columbia, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration.
  • • Your leadership will extend to the direct management and mentorship of District Managers. This includes providing ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and strategic guidance to ensure they are equipped to lead their teams effectively and consistently meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • • You will be the guardian of regional sales performance, continuously monitoring key metrics, analyzing sales data, and proactively implementing data-driven strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize CAC across all districts under your purview.

  • • You will spearhead regional sales training initiatives, ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of Neo's sales programs and methodologies. This includes facilitating training sessions and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • • Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures across all districts will be paramount. You will establish and uphold best practices to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • • Facilitating seamless communication and fostering strong collaboration between your District Managers and senior sales leadership is essential. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, sales goals, and the execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • • You will be a proactive force in identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities within the BC region. This includes exploring new locations, innovative sales channels, and strategic partnerships that can expand Neo's market presence and drive significant revenue growth.
  • • Preparing and delivering regular, insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Senior Director of Sales will be a key responsibility. Your analysis and recommendations will inform strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
  • • Significant travel within the British Columbia region is expected. This will involve actively supporting District Sales Managers in the field, conducting on-site assessments of sales operations, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies and best practices.
  • • This role demands a self-motivated, highly organized individual with exceptional time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting. Your ability to operate independently and adapt to evolving market conditions will be crucial for success.
  • • You will be joining a company that is a leader in its field, recognized for its rapid growth and innovative approach.
