- • Achieve ambitious sales targets and annual production goals for Manulife Investment products.
- • Identify and pursue new relationships within the Financial Advisor network to expand market presence.
- • Provide strategic insights and solution-based selling approaches to Financial Advisors to help them grow their businesses.
- • Conduct advisor and investor seminars to educate and engage clients on investment products and market trends.
- • Collaborate with internal wholesalers and territory coordinators to develop and execute new sales initiatives.
- • Build and maintain professional working relationships with Manulife field partners, including Investments, Professional Services Team, and other Business Divisions.
- • Maintain agreed-upon levels of virtual and in-person contact with Advisors in the territory and log all activities in the company’s contact management system.
- • Develop, share, and implement standardized methodologies, sales strategies, marketing ideas, and business development practices with peers and Advisors.
- • Promote all investment products offered by Manulife, including mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, using a consultative sales approach.
- • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while engaging with Financial Advisors across the territory.
- • Leverage in-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial services to advise Advisors on product suitability and client needs.
- • Utilize strong decision-making, project planning, and creative thinking skills to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions.
- • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and presentation abilities.
- • Maintain high levels of computer proficiency to manage client data, sales tools, and reporting systems effectively.
- • Execute all aspects of the sales process from prospecting and relationship building to closing and ongoing client service.
- • Operate remotely from British Columbia with primary territory coverage focused on Vancouver and surrounding investment advisors.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and well-being by aligning with Manulife’s values of diversity, flexibility, and employee support.
- • Participate in incentive programs tied to individual and business performance to earn additional compensation.
