- • As a Division Sales Manager for Solid Tumor at BeiGene, you will lead a team of eight Account Managers to drive sales growth for Tevimbra (tislelizumab) and support the expanding GI pipeline in the Northeast region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of fighting cancer through innovative therapies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans, managing performance, recruiting and hiring top talent, allocating resources, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within your team.
- • You will report to the National Sales Director, US Sales – Solid Tumor Franchise, and serve as a content expert in the GI Oncology marketplace, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term team development.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare providers, influence market access strategies, and grow as a leader in oncology sales while making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s degree in OD, ORGL, or MBA preferred
- • 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, with significant expertise in Solid Tumor oncology
- • Proven track record in specialty sales, including reimbursement, distribution, managed care, hospital markets, and experience with IV medications, injectables, orals, and Medicare Part D
