📋 Description
- • The Doctor QA Specialist ensures the highest standard of patient care by reviewing and improving doctor-patient communication for clarity, compliance, and empathy across telehealth platforms.
- • Day to day, the role involves reviewing doctor-patient messages for accuracy and tone, identifying inconsistencies, providing structured feedback to providers, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and company policies, and collaborating with clinical leadership and patient care teams to improve messaging standards.

🎯 Requirements

- • Experience working in high-volume, repetitive communication environments (e.g., Executive Assistant, Customer Service, QA)
- • Proficiency in Slack for day-to-day communication and collaboration
