Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the full life-cycle of safety-critical documentation for Safetyworxs’ fast-growing Taylor, TX operation, ensuring every permit, inspection record, training certificate, and incident report is captured, catalogued, and instantly retrievable by field teams, auditors, and senior leadership.
  • • Serve as the bilingual bridge between U.S. headquarters and Korean-speaking subcontractors, accurately translating technical safety forms, SOPs, toolbox-talk sheets, and regulatory correspondence so that every stakeholder—regardless of native language—receives identical, crystal-clear information.
  • • Execute high-volume, high-accuracy data entry in both English and Korean, populating custom Excel trackers, SharePoint libraries, and ERP modules with zero-defect discipline; your keystrokes directly feed OSHA logs, client KPI dashboards, and insurance loss-prevention reports.
  • • Build and continuously refine a color-coded, hyperlinked folder taxonomy that reduces average document search time from minutes to seconds; champion a “right document, right person, right time” culture across 200+ concurrent projects.
  • • Coordinate weekly safety-documentation audits with site superintendents, flagging missing signatures, expired certifications, or version-control gaps before they become compliance violations; publish concise red-flag summaries in both languages.
  • • Schedule and track bilingual safety-training sessions, reserving classrooms, ordering PPE, and generating attendance rosters that auto-populate certification matrices; ensure every new hire receives orientation materials in their preferred language within 24 hours.
  • • Manage the front-office hub: greet visitors, answer bilingual phone lines, maintain office supply par levels, and liaise with vendors so that field teams can focus on zero-incident execution instead of hunting for toner or safety data sheets.
  • • Generate executive-ready bilingual reports—weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc—leveraging pivot tables, conditional formatting, and Power BI visuals to spotlight trends such as near-miss frequency, training completion rates, and document aging.
  • • Spearhead the migration of legacy paper files into a cloud-first, OCR-enabled archive, tagging each PDF with bilingual metadata so that a Korean-speaking inspector can retrieve a 2019 crane inspection as easily as an English-speaking project manager.
  • • Act as the first line of defense during unannounced regulatory visits, instantly producing requested documentation in the correct language and format, thereby safeguarding the company’s exemplary safety rating and reputation.
  • • Continuously scan federal, state, and client-specific safety regulations, translating key updates into plain-language bulletins that keep every crew compliant and every project on schedule.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by hosting quarterly lunch-and-learn sessions on document-control best practices, teaching colleagues how to avoid common Excel pitfalls and leverage new SharePoint automation features.
  • • Provide after-hours support during critical project milestones or emergency incidents, ensuring that safety documentation keeps pace with 24/7 construction demands.
  • • Collaborate with IT to pilot AI-driven translation tools and barcode-based check-in systems, positioning Safetyworxs as an industry leader in tech-enabled safety management.
  • • Celebrate wins—whether it’s a zero-defect audit, a flawless client presentation, or a teammate’s promotion—because at Safetyworxs, safety is personal, and every document you control protects a life.
