- • Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions focused on finance processes for enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client business requirements and map them to D365 F&O finance functionalities, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- • Design and configure financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting within D365 F&O.
- • Guide clients through best practices in financial process design, change management, and system adoption to drive successful implementation outcomes.
- • Conduct gap analysis between current client processes and D365 F&O capabilities to recommend optimal configurations and customizations.
- • Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on D365 Finance functionality, providing guidance to junior consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Ensure solution integrity by validating configurations, testing workflows, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance modules.
- • Document functional designs, process flows, configuration settings, and training materials to support client knowledge transfer and long-term system sustainability.
- • Travel to Stoneridge office locations in Minneapolis, MN and Fargo, ND as required for team collaboration, training, client meetings, or project milestones.
- • Engage in continuous learning through Stoneridge’s personalized development plans and internal training programs to maintain expertise in D365 F&O and related Microsoft technologies.
- • Contribute to a culture of curiosity and collaboration by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and participating in internal best practice forums.
- • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution, optimization recommendations, and client success reviews to ensure sustained client value.
- • Adhere to Stoneridge’s commitment to integrity, tenacity, and continuous improvement in all client engagements and internal operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) with deep focus on finance modules
- • Demonstrated ability to lead finance process design and configuration in D365 F&O implementations
- • Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial reporting
- • Willingness and ability to travel to Minneapolis, MN or Fargo, ND offices as required by project or team needs
