- • As a Dyson Expert, you will be the face of Dyson, connecting world-leading technology with shoppers by delivering outstanding client experiences and driving sales through expert product demonstrations and consultation.
- • Day to day, you will engage customers on the sales floor, demonstrate product benefits, guide shoppers to the right solutions, achieve individual and team sales targets, support store operations, and mentor junior team members by sharing effective selling strategies.
- • You will join Dyson’s Retail Strategy and Operations team, part of a global technology brand known for engineering innovative solutions and selling through immersive, experience-led retail environments like Dyson Demo.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in premium technology products, build strong client relationships, and grow your ability to lead and influence team performance while contributing to store success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience with a focus on client needs
- • Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands is an asset
- • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- • Strong team spirit and ability to build relationships with colleagues and third-party partners
- • Self-motivated, able to work independently and seek guidance when needed
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong negotiation skills and adaptable selling approach
- • Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and holidays
