  • • The E-commerce Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling a new U.S.-based online pet brand focused on dog products, directly contributing to brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by managing the end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem from storefront to marketplace expansion.
  • • This role is critical to establishing a strong digital foundation for the brand, combining technical store management with creative marketing execution to drive sustainable online sales and long-term market positioning in a competitive pet care industry.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing the Shopify storefront by uploading and organizing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery, while continuously monitoring site performance to improve conversion rates and user experience through A/B testing and UX enhancements.
  • • The manager will support marketplace expansion by assisting in the setup and ongoing management of Amazon Seller Central, launching and maintaining product listings on TikTok Shop, and optimizing product pages across platforms to enhance visibility, search ranking, and conversion potential.
  • • They will launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), support TikTok marketing initiatives through both organic content and paid ads, and develop data-driven strategies to drive qualified traffic to the ecommerce store, increase sales, and improve return on ad spend.
  • • Content and brand support involves creating and scheduling engaging social media content, designing simple marketing assets using Canva or similar tools, and actively supporting product launches and promotional campaigns with timely, on-brand messaging.
  • • Leveraging AI-assisted tools, the manager will generate marketing copy, product descriptions, and social media content, and use AI-powered ideation to streamline creative development and campaign testing.
  • • Performance tracking is essential: monitoring campaign metrics and ecommerce analytics, analyzing product performance based on customer behavior and sales data, and continuously testing and refining marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize outcomes.
  • • The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms—Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and social channels—simultaneously, ensuring consistency, timely execution, and alignment with brand goals across all touchpoints.
  • • The candidate will collaborate closely with founders in a remote, fast-paced environment, gaining direct ownership over key ecommerce channels and the opportunity to shape the brand’s digital growth strategy from an early stage.
  • • Success in this role means building a seamless customer experience, achieving consistent traffic and sales growth, effectively expanding into new marketplaces, and proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance through experimentation and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify ecommerce stores, including product uploads, inventory management, and storefront UX enhancements.
  • • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or other major ecommerce marketplaces, including listing setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • • Demonstrated ability to launch, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • • Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools to create marketing assets and social media content.
  • • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools for generating copy, product descriptions, and campaign ideation.
  • • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a remote, U.S.-aligned work environment.
