As an E-mail Marketer, you will be instrumental in building, managing, and optimizing these critical programs using Klaviyo. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of email marketing, from crafting engaging workflows and advanced segmentation strategies to ensuring optimal deliverability and providing insightful performance reporting. This position demands a candidate who is both operationally adept and analytically sharp, capable of managing email campaigns end-to-end while utilizing clean data to drive sophisticated targeting and personalization at scale.
• • Key Responsibilities will include:
• • Email Marketing & Automation Mastery:
• • Spearhead the build, management, and continuous optimization of email workflows and automations within Klaviyo. This includes designing and implementing essential flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, personalized product recommendations, and effective re-engagement campaigns.
• • Develop and meticulously maintain behavior-based segmentation strategies to enhance targeting precision, personalize customer experiences, and ultimately boost conversion performance.
• • Execute a high volume of email campaigns, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives, maintaining impeccable accuracy, brand consistency, and a relentless focus on driving conversions.
• • Proactively manage and implement strong deliverability practices to maximize inbox placement rates, minimize spam complaints, and ensure sustained engagement with our subscriber base.
• • Performance Tracking & Insightful Reporting:
• • Diligently track and analyze key email performance metrics, including but not limited to open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue generated, and overall ROI.
• • Produce clear, concise, and executive-level performance reports that not only present data but also offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
• • Leverage performance data rigorously to continuously refine existing workflows, enhance segmentation logic, and adapt campaign strategies for optimal results.
• • CRM & Data Integrity Management:
• • Maintain the highest standards of data hygiene, ensuring customer lists within Klaviyo are clean, accurate, and meticulously segmented for effective targeting.
• • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and engagement trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of targeting and personalization efforts.
• • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure all email initiatives are harmoniously aligned with broader marketing efforts and adhere to established data standards and best practices.
• • Creative, Copy & Template Execution Excellence:
• • Independently build complete, high-quality email templates from concept to final implementation, including layout design, formatting, and Klaviyo integration.
• • Work closely with provided copy and creative direction to produce polished, on-brand, and conversion-oriented email content.
• • Collaborate effectively with internal design resources when necessary, while retaining the capability to independently execute full template production to support the need for speed and scalability.
