- • As an EA-Client Support Specialist at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC, you will deliver exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone channels, ensuring seamless and positive experiences for users of Bonterra’s tools while advancing the company’s mission to increase charitable giving to 3% of US GDP by 2033.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, identifying and escalating technical issues to internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating across departments to resolve complex concerns and improve user satisfaction.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Bonterra, a company that supports over 20,000 customers including 16,000+ nonprofits and 50% of Fortune 100 companies, working within a union-represented environment (CWA) that values equity, inclusion, and social impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in nonprofit technology platforms, strengthen your customer service and conflict resolution skills, gain experience with CRM and ticketing systems, and grow professionally through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to fundraising, advocacy, and engagement tools used by mission-driven organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- • At least two years of experience working with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits
- • Experience using Bonterra’s Fundraising & Engagement tools (EveryAction, Salsa, NGP8, VAN, VoteBuilder) or their competitors in a professional capacity
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and logical problem-solving abilities
- • Professional phone manner, patience, self-motivation, and strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow-through
