📋 Description

• The eAcute Virtual Care Registered Nurse role at CoxHealth is a hybrid position that combines bedside nursing with virtual care technology to support patient monitoring, admissions, discharges, and care coordination from the Virtual Care Command Center at Cox South Hospital.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting bedside RNs with non-clinical tasks, monitoring patient vital signs in real time, supporting admissions and discharges, collaborating with virtual physicians and care teams, providing patient education, mentoring new nurses, and implementing evidence-based care protocols.

• In this role, the nurse will expand clinical expertise in virtual care, develop leadership and mentoring skills, gain experience with advanced healthcare technology, and qualify for career advancement through the Career Ladder Bonus program, with opportunities to grow into specialized virtual nursing or clinical leadership positions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of two years of previous nursing experience on an inpatient nursing unit
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
