  • • As a Senior Employee Benefits Client Assistant at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service and support to our valued Employee Benefits clients. Working under the guidance of the Employee Benefits Team Leader or Unit Leader, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Account Executives, Analysts, and Producers to uphold our commitment to meritocracy and client-centricity. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a culture that rewards initiative and dedication to customer success.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve managing and prioritizing client requests in conjunction with Account Executives, ensuring that all client needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. You will be instrumental in assisting with various projects, conducting necessary research, and providing crucial customer service support, especially during the absence of Account Executives. This includes handling telephone inquiries and email communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • • Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date customer files is a core function of this position. You will be responsible for adhering to established standards for file management and ensuring timely updates. A significant aspect of your role will be coordinating and executing the end-to-end customer renewal process, a critical component of client retention and satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that our Agency Management Systems are consistently updated with current and essential information. This includes maintaining accurate records of census data, rates, benefit summaries, commissions, and performing other required agency management system duties. Your diligence in this area will directly impact the team's ability to serve clients effectively.
  • • You will also partner with the Compliance Executive and other team members to assist with close-out procedures, thereby maintaining the integrity of our systems and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This collaborative effort is vital for operational excellence and risk mitigation.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve preparing comprehensive materials for client meetings and open enrollment sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, developing Benefit Guides, Flipbooks, and PowerPoint Presentations, tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Your ability to create clear, informative, and visually appealing materials will be highly valued.
  • • While primarily supporting the internal team, you are expected to engage in occasional customer contact, particularly upon the request of a Producer or Account Executive during client transitions. This ensures a smooth handover and continued client confidence.
  • • You will continuously liaise with Account Executives to ensure the prioritization of projects aligns with client needs and business objectives. Staying current with email communications and diligently following all Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures are fundamental to your success and the overall efficiency of the team.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the employee benefits sector, contributing to a company that values its people and fosters an environment where you can truly be yourself. Your dedication to providing outstanding support will directly impact client relationships and the success of the Employee Benefits division at Brown & Brown Insurance.
  • • The Senior EB Client Assistant is expected to possess a strong understanding of employee benefits products and services, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive support, thereby reinforcing Brown & Brown's reputation for excellence in the insurance industry.
