• • Shape the future of decentralized finance as Injective’s Ecosystem Growth Manager. You will be the primary engine behind the expansion of one of crypto’s fastest-growing Layer 1 networks, forging partnerships with visionary builders and DeFi innovators who will define the next decade of on-chain finance.
• • Own the full BD lifecycle—from pipeline generation to signed integrations—by sourcing high-impact dApps, institutional partners, and infrastructure providers that align with Injective’s mission of ultra-fast, interoperable, real-world-ready DeFi.
• • Design and execute data-driven growth campaigns that translate market insights into executable roadmaps. You’ll craft positioning narratives, set measurable KPIs, and iterate rapidly with product, engineering, and marketing to turn ideas into main-net launches.
• • Become the face of Injective at global hackathons, conferences, and private roundtables. You’ll evangelize the protocol’s unique advantages—sub-second block times, MEV-resistant orderbook, and native interoperability—to founders, investors, and developer communities.
• • Build and nurture a robust partner network by maintaining CRM hygiene, running quarterly business reviews, and creating co-marketing initiatives that amplify TVL, transaction volume, and brand equity across the ecosystem.
• • Lead cross-functional sprint teams to deliver bespoke integration packages: technical scoping with engineers, tokenomics design with research, launch strategy with marketing, and incentive alignment with finance—all while hitting aggressive timelines.
• • Conduct rigorous competitive intelligence on emerging L1s, rollup stacks, and app-chains. Translate findings into battle cards, pitch decks, and product requirement docs that keep Injective two steps ahead of market shifts.
• • Report directly to senior leadership with concise, metrics-backed updates. Your dashboards will influence resource allocation, roadmap prioritization, and strategic investments at the highest levels of the organization.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation by piloting new incentive mechanisms (liquidity mining, grant programs, retroactive rewards) and scaling the ones that demonstrate clear ROI in user growth and protocol revenue.
