📋 Description
- • As an Ecosystem Partner Manager at Salsify, you will transform partnerships into a predictable, high-converting acquisition channel, increasing sourced pipeline coverage to sustainable enterprise levels by driving partner-sourced pipeline and ARR through operationalizing repeatable lifecycle, campaign, and co-sell motions across Tier 1 SIs and strategic ISVs.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output, create partner-led campaigns and co-sell playbooks to generate net-new opportunities, operationalize execution cadence including executive alignment and joint account planning, manage the sourced pipeline weekly to drive forecast discipline, track partner-influenced opportunities to identify stalled deals and deploy intervention strategies, partner with ISV and Marketing teams to activate joint campaigns, and establish rigorous partner-level pipeline tracking to quantify activation impact and surface data-driven growth levers for executive leadership.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partner ecosystem strategy, data-driven pipeline forecasting, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and strategic reporting that influences executive decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in designing co-sell motions, measuring ROI of joint campaigns, and leveraging SQL, BI tools, and Python (preferred) to translate data into actionable partner growth strategies.

- • A commercially-driven mindset with a strong bias for analytical execution.
- • Direct experience in partner ecosystems, co-sell programs, or revenue-driving strategic alliances.
- • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and proven ability to drive action across internal and external teams.
- • A proactive, results-oriented approach, leveraging data to drive insights and influence partners for measurable outcomes.
- • Fluency in data modeling (SQL & BI Tooling), KPI development, and reporting/dashboard creation to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- • Experience with Python for statistical and scoring analyses (preferred).
