- • You will define and own Patreon’s holistic editorial strategy across website, social media, community, investor relations, and video channels, establishing a unified narrative framework that aligns with brand values while tailoring execution to audience and platform nuances.
- • Day to day, you will create and manage content calendars, taxonomies, governance models, and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output across all external touchpoints, acting as both strategist and operational lead for the Patreon brand page.
- • You will collaborate closely with channel owners in Website, Product Marketing, Social, YouTube, Investor Relations, and Community teams to align messaging, optimize performance, and maintain a cohesive voice that resonates with creators, fans, investors, and media.
- • You will elevate storytelling craft by ensuring all content ladders up to Patreon’s brand positioning—Put Creators First, Build with Craft, Make it Happen, Win Together—while embedding authenticity by highlighting creator and fan voices in every campaign.
- • You will drive performance and insights by partnering with SEO and analytics teams to set KPIs around engagement, reach, conversion, and search visibility, using data to continuously refine and improve content effectiveness.
- • You will orchestrate multi-channel content campaigns with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure narratives are coherent, timely, and directly support business goals around creator acquisition, fan engagement, and investor confidence.

- • You will report to the Head of Communications & Experiential and work closely with them to translate Patreon’s brand narrative into actionable editorial strategy, gaining strategic influence at the intersection of brand, product, and communications.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cross-channel content governance, brand storytelling in the creator economy, and data-informed editorial decision-making—skills that are highly transferable and increasingly valuable in mission-driven tech companies.
- • You will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on how millions of creators and fans perceive and engage with Patreon, directly contributing to the company’s goal of funding the creative class at scale.
