- • As an Education Consultant I at Fidelity Investments, you will deliver live financial wellness and retirement education workshops both online and in person to plan sponsors and participants across the Tax-Exempt and Corporate markets, playing a key role in helping individuals achieve retirement readiness.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting 30/60-minute webinars and workshops, hosting onsite and virtual help desk-style benefits fairs, providing 1:1 participant consultations, collaborating with internal and external partners to prepare educational content, and traveling up to 75% of the time to meet client needs, including outside standard business hours.
- • You will join Fidelity’s Workplace Education, Planning and Advice (WEPA) team, a mission-driven unit serving over one million plan participants annually by providing trusted financial education, planning, and advice nationwide for 401k, 403b, equity compensation, and other benefits plans.
- • In this role, you will grow your presentation and financial planning expertise, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, develop professional persuasive presentations with clear calls to action, and contribute directly to Fidelity’s mission of inspiring financial confidence and long-term wellness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 3 years of financial services experience
- • Series 7 and 66 required (or Series 63/65) prior to hire
- • Customer-facing experience
- • Demonstrated familiarity with financial planning concepts
- • Presentation experience preferred
- • Ability to conduct onsite and virtual workshops with 75% travel requirement
