- • This involves gathering and analyzing data on current and projected college tuition costs, identifying key variables that can significantly impact individuals' college savings goals and strategies.
- • You will be responsible for organizing and presenting comprehensive 529 savings plan materials, clearly outlining various options and recommending suitable solutions to clients to support their Education Savings objectives.
- • The role requires conducting ongoing research and reviewing market analysis reports to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes impacting college savings.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all inquiries and discussions related to TIAA's 529 college savings solutions, ensuring accurate and consistent information is provided.
- • A crucial part of this role involves cultivating new relationships and diligently maintaining existing ones to grow the 529 Workplace Savings Program, fostering a culture of proactive financial planning.
- • You will be expected to build and manage strong relationships with HR departments and employer representatives, driving engagement with the 529 program as a valuable employee benefit.
- • Delivering impactful in-person and virtual 529 education sessions will be a regular duty, requiring excellent presentation and communication skills.
- • Proactively generating outreach and networking opportunities within the community and among potential partners will be essential for program expansion.
- • This position requires approximately 25% travel to support onsite employer meetings, industry events, and conferences, representing TIAA as a leader in education savings.
- • You will act as the go-to 529 subject matter expert for both employers and individual clients, providing guidance and support.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, client relationship management, and the ability to influence stakeholders towards informed financial decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for 3+ years.
- • FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 registrations required.
- • Proven ability to educate and consult with diverse audiences on financial products.
- • Experience in sales, relationship management, or client advisory roles is highly desirable.
