- • This is a remote position, specifically for candidates residing in Kentucky, with a preference for those located in or near Louisville or Lexington.
- • As an Educational Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the key features and benefits of the IXL and Rosetta Stone platforms to prospective K-12 customers. This involves understanding their unique challenges and educational objectives.
- • You will be tasked with developing a deep and nuanced understanding of each customer's needs, values, and pedagogical approaches. This insight will enable you to provide tailored solutions and personalized assistance throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- • A critical aspect of this role is consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and expand our market share within your assigned territory.

- • Represent IXL Learning and Rosetta Stone at key educational technology conferences and events nationwide. This will involve engaging with educators, demonstrating our products, and building brand awareness.
- • This role requires a significant amount of travel within your assigned Kentucky territory to visit customer sites, conduct product demonstrations, and build relationships face-to-face.
- • You will be expected to manage your sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a robust and consistent flow of opportunities.
- • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to leverage resources effectively in driving sales.
- • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and interests of diverse educational stakeholders, including administrators, technology directors, and classroom teachers.
- • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to optimize your sales approach, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
