- • The Educational Support Associate role at Amplify Education is a full-time, remote, seasonal contractor position supporting educators in the effective use of Amplify’s K–12 literacy, biliteracy, math, and science products. This role is critical to ensuring teachers receive expert, pedagogically grounded support that enhances classroom implementation and student learning outcomes.
- • Day to day, the Associate will act as a pedagogical expert, responding to complex customer inquiries via live chat and email, researching solutions using deep product and instructional knowledge, prioritizing issues by severity, documenting interactions in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to relay educator feedback that informs product development.
- • Amplify is a mission-driven education technology company serving over 18 million students and teachers across all 50 states and six continents. The company partners with educators to deliver research-based, high-quality instructional materials through its integrated Classroom platform, combining curriculum, assessment, and supplemental tools.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • Two or more years of experience in teaching
- • Knowledge of instructional standard methodologies
- • High level of comfort with technology, including devices, software, and online navigation
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to read/write instructional and technical documentation
- • Knowledge of instructional coaching techniques and the ability to practice them with teachers
