📋 Description
- • As an Ejecutivo de atención al cliente at Anyvan Inc., you will be a frontline warrior delivering exceptional customer support across phone and digital channels like WhatsApp, playing a key role in maintaining the company’s high Trustpilot ratings and customer satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently, minimizing wait times, achieving first-contact resolution, escalating complex issues appropriately, and keeping all parties informed until resolution.
- • You’ll join a dynamic, high-energy team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, united by a mission to reduce wasted miles in logistics and save 8,520 tonnes of carbon annually through smarter van utilization.
- • In this role, you’ll develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while gaining experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven customer service environment with clear pathways for internal growth and promotion.
🎯 Requirements
- • More than 3 years of experience in customer service within a call center environment
- • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- • Minimum typing speed of over 30 words per minute with high accuracy
- • Proficiency in IT packages, especially G-Suite, and digital services
- • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
