- • Ejecutivo regional de ventas (ARG) – ReHire Solutions LLC seeks a high-performance commercial profile to accelerate regional growth by opening markets from scratch, building high-level relationships, and closing complex deals in the healthcare sector.
- • The role involves leading the full sales cycle using MEDDICC and BANT methodologies, developing strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical networks, conducting field visits and in-person meetings with executives and physicians, delivering consultative product demos focused on clinical outcomes and operational efficiency, managing complex negotiations with emphasis on speed, profitability, and sustainability, rigorously documenting commercial activity in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize value proposition and conversion, representing the company at medical sector events and professional networks, and leading territorial expansion through field strategy and local market knowledge.
- • The team operates in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environment focused on regional expansion with direct impact on growth, offering opportunities for professional development and commercial leadership.
- • The successful candidate will achieve measurable results through quota attainment and territory expansion, develop expertise in consultative B2B sales in healthcare technology, master CRM-driven pipeline management, and grow into a commercial leadership role within a high-growth startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • +5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in medical technology, SaaS, or complex solutions
- • Proven end-to-end sales experience from opening to closing without reliance on marketing
- • Track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
- • Ability to generate demand from scratch via cold calling, outbound prospecting, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- • Numerical and performance-driven mindset with control of ratios, pipeline, and closure rates
- • High autonomy, discipline, and self-management
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial storytelling skills
- • Strong executive presence and results orientation
- • Availability to travel and work presencialmente in the field
