  • • Ejecutivo regional de ventas (COL) – ReHire Solutions LLC seeks a high-performance commercial profile to drive regional growth by opening markets from scratch, building high-level relationships, and closing complex deals in the healthcare sector.
  • • Day to day: Lead the full sales cycle using MEDDICC and BANT methodologies; develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and medical networks; conduct field visits and in-person meetings with executives and physicians; deliver consultative product demos focused on clinical outcomes and operational efficiency; manage complex negotiations with focus on speed, profitability, and sustainability; rigorously document all commercial activity in HubSpot CRM; collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate conversions; represent the company at medical sector events, fairs, and professional networks; lead territorial expansion through field strategy and local market knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

  • • +5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in medical technology, SaaS, or complex solutions
  • • Proven end-to-end sales experience from opening to closing, independent of marketing support
  • • Track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
  • • Ability to generate demand from scratch via cold calling, outbound prospecting, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • • Numerical and performance-driven mindset (pipeline, ratios, closure rates)
  • • High autonomy, discipline, and self-management
  • • Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial storytelling skills
  • • Strong executive presence and results orientation
  • • Availability to travel and work presencialmente in the field
