- • Ejecutivo regional de ventas (PER) – ReHire Solutions LLC seeks a high-performance commercial profile to drive regional growth in the healthcare technology sector by combining strategic planning with field execution to open new markets, build high-level relationships, and close complex deals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle using MEDDICC and BANT methodologies, developing strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical networks, conducting field visits and in-person meetings with executives and physicians, delivering consultative product demos focused on clinical and operational outcomes, managing complex negotiations with emphasis on speed, profitability, and sustainability, rigorously documenting all commercial activity in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate conversions, representing the company at medical sector events and professional networks, and leading territorial expansion through localized field strategy and market knowledge.
- • The team operates in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environment focused on regional expansion with direct impact on growth, offering opportunities for professional development and commercial leadership within a fast-growing organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • +5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in medical technology, SaaS, or complex solutions
- • Proven track record in end-to-end sales from opening to closing without marketing dependency
- • History of quota attainment and territorial expansion
- • Ability to generate demand from scratch via cold calling, outbound prospecting, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- • Numerical and performance-driven mindset with control over ratios, pipeline, and closure rates
- • High autonomy, discipline, and self-management
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial storytelling skills
- • Strong executive presence and results orientation
- • Availability to travel and work presencialmente in the field
