📋 Description

• Part-time HR Administrator role supporting a well-established Israeli technology services company, managing key HR operational processes for consultant-model employees and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in onboarding, documentation, and ongoing administration.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full onboarding processes, setting up employees in company systems, coordinating agreement signings, reviewing and monitoring timesheet reports, managing HR documentation, providing ongoing employee support, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and managers, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR workflows.
• DevsData LLC is a 100% remote technology consulting and recruitment agency serving clients in Europe and the US, with an international team spanning Asia, London, and San Francisco, employing professionals from global corporations and top technical/business universities.
• The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international HR administration, gain experience with cross-border contractor management, refine HR systems and documentation practices, and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Coordination, or similar roles
• Experience managing onboarding processes, employment agreements, and employee support activities
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end HR processes
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience with HR systems, attendance systems, timesheet reporting tools, or similar platforms is an advantage
