- • You will serve as a crucial liaison, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across various internal teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end execution, insightful analysis, and continuous refinement of email, SMS, and landing page campaigns. Working closely with experienced managers and talented creative team members, you will be part of a supportive ecosystem that encourages growth and innovation.
- • A significant portion of your role, approximately 50%, will involve the strategic repurposing and recycling of existing content. This means you'll be adept at breathing new life into established assets, adapting them for new contexts and audiences. Additionally, you will dedicate around 30% of your time to adapting briefs, ensuring that campaign objectives are clearly understood and translated into effective marketing executions. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to contributing original ideas, showcasing your creative potential and proactive approach to campaign development.
- • You will be responsible for building and meticulously quality-assuring (QA) email and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo. This includes verifying data accuracy, ensuring all links are functional and lead to the correct destinations, and confirming strict adherence to all brand standards and guidelines. Your diligence in this area will be paramount to delivering a flawless customer experience.
- • Beyond email and SMS, you will play a vital role in website and landing page support. This involves building new landing pages using our current eCommerce platform, Shogun, and conducting comprehensive QA checks on these pages, as well as product detail pages (PDPs) and educational content pages. This ensures a consistent and high-quality browsing and purchasing experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
- • Maintaining website-wide consistency is key, and you will assist in updating collection pages to reflect the latest branding and product information, ensuring a cohesive online presence.
- • A core aspect of your role will be ensuring the accurate inclusion of targeted customer segments within all campaigns. This requires a solid understanding of our audience segmentation strategies and the ability to translate them into actionable campaign setups within Klaviyo.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Sales and Education departments, to coordinate their email needs and integrate them into the overall campaign schedules. This liaison role is critical for aligning email and website assets across the organization, ensuring a unified brand message.
- • Performance analysis and optimization are central to success. You will regularly review email and SMS performance metrics derived from dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights. These insights will be used to inform discussions on campaign elements such as layout, subject lines, and preview text, with the ultimate goal of improving open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- • Staying current with brand assets is essential, and you will maintain familiarity with Canto for image management. You will also support the internal marketing request review process, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and align with brand strategy.
- • While copywriting is not a primary requirement, a strong understanding of the brand's offers and target audience is necessary. You will also provide strategic creative feedback within Figma, ensuring that visual elements and messaging align perfectly with the brand’s voice, look, and feel.
