• • As an Email Marketing Specialist at QGenda Inc., you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing email marketing programs that support the company’s mission to transform healthcare workforce management. Your work will directly impact engagement, conversion, and customer experience across QGenda’s marketing initiatives, helping drive growth and brand awareness in a fast-growing healthcare technology organization.
• • Day to day, you will build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Marketo; create and manage smart lists, segmentation, and dynamic content; support nurture programs and automated workflows; partner with content and digital teams to align messaging; develop and execute A/B tests; analyze campaign performance to identify trends and recommend improvements; maintain database hygiene and compliance; troubleshoot execution issues; collaborate with technology vendors; and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
