  • • Senior Partner Marketing Manager at RingCentral, Inc. – a strategic role focused on driving marketing strategy and execution for RingCentral in Australia in collaboration with key global service provider partners to grow pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • • The role is pivotal in expanding RingCentral’s market presence in Australia by aligning marketing efforts with strategic partners, enabling them to effectively promote RingCentral’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-powered solutions, directly contributing to the company’s $2B+ annual revenue and $93B market opportunity.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing demand generation campaigns (webinars, collateral, promotions, field events, digital marketing, sales outreach) tailored for partners and managing their execution through partner marketing teams.
  • • Develop and implement marketing enablement programs by adapting RingCentral’s existing marketing materials into partner-specific toolkits that empower partners to run programmatic inbound lead generation.
  • • Create detailed marketing plans in partnership with service providers that deliver measurable returns in lead and opportunity generation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • • Enable RingCentral sales teams through cross-country product training on sales best practices and playbooks, acting as a liaison between sales and global marketing teams to share updates on offerings, promotions, and market trends.
  • • Adapt RingCentral content for service provider-specific offers, conduct customer and market research, and provide insights to product teams for new feature development.
  • • Allocate and manage marketing development funds, justify ROI, and collaborate with partners to understand their marketing needs and amplify their efforts to promote RingCentral’s portfolio.
  • • Create compelling thought leadership, product marketing collateral, and propositions to build brand awareness in Australia through partner channels.
  • • Build and nurture strong working relationships with carrier and service provider partners across segments and regions, influencing key marketing stakeholders and winning mindshare.
  • • Partner with the GSP team in Australia and collaborate closely with EU and US teams, as well as product management, sales, and global marketing functions, to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives.
  • • Opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up with existing partners, advising the business on key marketing opportunities and defining the resources needed for successful execution.
  • • Develop strategic expertise in partner marketing within the UCaaS and CCaaS landscape, gaining deep experience in alliance management, joint go-to-market planning, and revenue-driven marketing execution in a high-growth, AI-enabled technology environment.
  • • Enhance leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills by operating at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and partner ecosystems in a global, fast-paced organization recognized for its award-winning work culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree
  • • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian region with a focus on UCaaS and CCaaS
  • • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services
  • • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • • Strategic alliance experience in partner marketing, including developing key accounts
  • • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • • Solid project management capability
  • • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • • Detail- and results-oriented, skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • • Ability to travel across Australia (20-30% if based in Sydney)
