- • The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic in-house team. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our paid media campaigns across a variety of leading platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn, with the exciting prospect of exploring and scaling efforts on emerging channels such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok. Your primary mission will be to significantly scale our candidate acquisition engine by designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns that attract and convert top-tier marketing professionals into active applicants for our clients.
- • As a Performance Marketer at The Global Talent Co., you will be instrumental in driving measurable results through strategic planning, meticulous campaign optimization, insightful data analysis, and seamless collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be at the forefront of testing innovative strategies, managing significant ad spend, and ensuring the efficient delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed our acquisition goals. This role demands a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leveraging paid media to achieve ambitious targets.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns. This includes strategic planning, meticulous campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and comprehensive performance reporting. You will be responsible for defining target audiences, briefing creative teams for compelling ad assets, conducting rigorous A/B testing on various campaign elements, and continuously refining strategies based on performance data.
- • A significant part of your role will involve deep dives into campaign performance data. You will be expected to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). These insights will be crucial for guiding strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that our campaigns are delivering maximum value and efficiency.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our talented creative and content teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad creatives, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. Your ability to provide clear, data-backed feedback will be essential in shaping effective visual and copy assets.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount in the ever-evolving landscape of digital advertising. You will be expected to continuously research and stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad formats, algorithm shifts, and emerging best practices across all managed channels. This includes actively exploring and testing new platforms like X, Reddit, and TikTok to identify new avenues for candidate acquisition and expand our reach.
- • A core function of your role will be to implement a robust testing and experimentation framework. This involves continuously A/B testing various campaign elements, including headlines, ad copy, visual creatives, landing page variations, and calls-to-action, with the ultimate goal of improving conversion rates and optimizing campaign performance.
- • You will also be responsible for building and maintaining performance dashboards. These dashboards will be critical for communicating campaign metrics, insights, and progress to the leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- • This is a part-time, 20-hour per week role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization.
