📋 Description

• The Email Marketing Specialist role at Scale Army is a fully remote position supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to drive engagement and conversions through strategic email and SMS campaign execution. This role is critical for enhancing customer retention and brand growth by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize communication across channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives; setting up, managing, and deploying campaigns in Klaviyo while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and timely delivery; briefing creative teams on content requirements to produce cohesive, visually appealing templates; conducting A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and calls to action to improve performance; tracking and analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; providing actionable insights for campaign optimization; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing initiatives; and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing with proven proficiency in Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, design, and calls to action for improved campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively brief creative teams and align email/SMS content with broader marketing goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while meeting strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with email automation, segmentation best practices, and SMS campaign coordination within integrated marketing efforts.
