• • As an Email Marketing Specialist at Dressly, you will take full ownership of the email channel and transform it into a systematic revenue driver for a fast-growing AI-powered fashion tech company.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include auditing current email marketing efforts, rebuilding strategy and flows, improving deliverability, managing domain reputation, implementing segmentation and personalization, setting up A/B testing frameworks, analyzing campaign performance (OR, CTR, CR, Retention, LTV, Churn), collaborating with developers and analysts, and integrating AI solutions for automation and personalization.
• • Dressly is part of Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder creating international tech businesses with a team of 1000+ professionals. The company is scaling rapidly (4x growth in the last six months, targeting 5x growth in 2026 vs 2025) and is building in-house email marketing expertise to support its global ambitions.
