- • Own the post-launch success of Kota Embed’s fastest-growing enterprise and mid-market partners. You will be the single-threaded owner of a portfolio that already spans tens of thousands of lives across Europe and is expanding into new geographies every quarter.
- • Drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell triggers—new countries, additional product modules, or newly eligible employee populations—and translating them into clear, executable growth plans. You will build and maintain rolling 12-month account forecasts that feed directly into company-level OKRs.
- • Act as the strategic commercial partner to senior stakeholders on the client side (Product, Operations, Commercial) and the internal Kota side (Product, Expansion, Benefits Operations). You will run quarterly business reviews that turn data into narratives, align cross-functional teams, and secure multi-year commitments.
- • Own the client escalation path for everything that happens after “go-live.” When an integration breaks, a regulatory change delays launch, or a benefits configuration needs urgent rework, you quarterback the fix—communicating transparently, setting timelines, and ensuring nothing falls between the cracks.
- • Translate day-to-day client signals into product and operational insights. You will spot patterns in support tickets, NPS comments, and usage data, then package those findings into crisp briefs that shape the Embed roadmap and prioritisation for the next sprint or quarter.
- • Champion the “voice of the client” inside Kota. You will help design scalable playbooks, lifecycle milestones, and health-score frameworks that turn one-off heroics into repeatable, world-class partnership management as the business 10×s over the next two years.
- • Collaborate closely with Kota’s Expansion team to land new logos and with Benefits Operations to ensure flawless ongoing service. Your feedback loop will shorten the time from contract signature to first measurable value for every new client.
- • Maintain a living knowledge base of each client’s technical architecture, regulatory constraints, and cultural nuances so that every interaction—whether a renewal negotiation or a Slack ping—feels bespoke and informed.
- • Stay calm under pressure. When two enterprise clients launch in the same week and a third requests an emergency configuration change, you triage ruthlessly, communicate proactively, and still hit your expansion targets.
- • Represent Kota externally at industry events, webinars, and client advisory boards, reinforcing our reputation as the most partner-centric embedded insurance provider in Europe.
