- • As an Embedded Sales Lead at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will drive revenue and support partner sales teams by managing the full sales cycle for partner-referred leads, providing Level 2 sales support, and enabling partner success through training and strategic planning. This role is critical to scaling Remote’s global HR platform by empowering technology partners to sell and deliver our international employment solutions effectively.
- • Day to day, you will manage partner-referred leads from initial contact to closure, maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, provide expert guidance on complex sales inquiries, lead on-the-job training sessions for partner teams, own the Slack sales support channel as the primary point of contact, and continuously iterate on the role framework using performance metrics and feedback to align with business goals.
- • You will join the Technology Partnerships team within a fully remote, globally distributed company that values innovation, asynchronous work, and cultural diversity.
