- • As an Embedded Sales Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue and support partner sales teams to expand the company’s global employment platform, directly impacting how businesses hire and manage international talent compliantly.
- • Day to day, you will provide Level 2 sales support to partner teams, manage partner-referred leads through the full sales cycle, maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and forecasting, deliver on-the-job training for partner sales teams, own the Slack sales support channel, and iterate on role frameworks using performance metrics and feedback to align with strategic goals.
- • You will join the Technology Partnerships team within a fully remote, globally distributed company that values innovation, automation, and AI integration across roles, with team members spanning six continents and a mission to simplify global employment for businesses of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in channel sales strategy, Salesforce pipeline management, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, while building skills in strategic planning, process iteration, and revenue forecasting within a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- • Salesforce expertise: Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data accurately
- • Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
- • Experience working remotely is considered a plus
- • Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and Salesforce data management
