- • As the EMEA Growth Lead at Replit, you will establish and scale the company's commercial presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom, driving strategic partnerships that expand Replit's reach in enterprise, government, and education sectors.
- • You will own end-to-end partnership development, including identifying and closing strategic deals with large enterprises and government agencies, activating reseller and channel partners, building education partnerships with universities and coding bootcamps, and representing Replit at major industry events to drive bottom-up adoption through community and product-led growth initiatives.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Replit, the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language, working closely with global Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Community teams to localize strategy and advocate for EMEA-specific needs.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise and public-sector sales cycles across EMEA, build a scalable partner ecosystem, influence product direction through market insights, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor and growth architect for one of the most innovative developer platforms in the world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
- • Deep familiarity with the EMEA's business landscape, including enterprise sales cycles, public sector procurement, and the broader London tech ecosystem
- • Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise or government partnerships in the EMEA
- • Experience working with or selling to EMEA public sector institutions, large enterprises, or through channel/reseller networks
- • Strong communicator who can adapt messaging for technical developers, non-technical operators, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders alike
- • Self-starter with a bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build market presence from the ground up
- • Data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and use insights to iterate quickly
