- • The EMEA Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner is a hybrid role that blends sourcing leadership at scale with end-to-end recruitment ownership, supporting NICE EMEA’s hiring needs across a broad range of roles.
- • Day to day, you will lead proactive sourcing efforts, build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, own full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (intake to offer), partner with hiring managers, ensure exceptional candidate experience, and use data to drive hiring decisions.
- • You will join NICE Ltd., a global market leader in AI, cloud, and digital software, serving 25,000+ businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, known for innovation and commitment to extraordinary customer experiences.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic sourcing and end-to-end recruitment, enhance your stakeholder partnership and data-driven hiring skills, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment with internal career mobility across roles, disciplines, and locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a tech, software, or high-growth environment
- • Strong hands-on experience with proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and AI advanced search techniques
- • Proven ability to identify, engage, and assess high-quality talent
- • Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
