📋 Description
- • As an Emerging Account Executive - EMEA at Drata, you will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the EMEA region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping organizations earn and maintain trust through automated compliance and security solutions.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prospect mission-aligned leads, develop and execute sales strategies, manage a growing pipeline, consult with senior executives to uncover business needs, educate prospects through an accelerated buying process, and provide product feedback based on deep market and customer insights.
- • You will join a high-performing, mission-driven sales team within a fast-growing, award-winning SaaS company of 600+ employees globally, where values like Trust, Integrity, Customer-Obsession, Competitive Fire, Diversity, and Automation First shape every decision and interaction.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your sales expertise in a hyper-growth environment, develop mastery in consultative selling and pipeline management, gain exposure to enterprise sales cycles, and position yourself for rapid career advancement while contributing to Drata’s vision of becoming the global leader in trust automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role or equivalent experience
- • 2 years in a closing new business capacity preferred
- • Self-starter who brings ideas to life and takes pride in results
- • Resourceful, able to overcome obstacles to get things done
- • Mission-Driven mindset focused on using talents to make the world a better place
- • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
