- • This is a hybrid client-facing role (3 days/week in Denver, CO) as an Account Manager or Account Executive on the Employee Benefits team, where you will own and grow client relationships while driving retention, compliance, and new business opportunities.
- • Day to day, you will manage a book of employee benefits business, lead renewal processes for health and life coverages, respond to client inquiries on coverage and claims, educate clients on benefits and regulatory updates, prepare proposals and reports, and support sales and implementation efforts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active Health, Accident, and Life Insurance Producer license
- • 5–10+ years of employee benefits or account management experience
- • Strong knowledge of insurance products, contracts, and state regulations
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- • Ability to travel as required with an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage
