📋 Description

• • As an Employee Engagement Specialist at PitchBook Data, Inc. in London, you will play a crucial role in shaping day-to-day employee experience and bringing PitchBook’s culture to life by serving as both a culture ambassador and local program owner for EMEA and APAC regions.
• • You will own and execute monthly engagement programming, partner with Employee Resource Groups on heritage month initiatives, scale PitchBook Cares philanthropy efforts, support internal communications, enhance new employee onboarding, reinforce appreciation through recognition programs, collect employee feedback, collaborate with HR and Facilities teams, provide exceptional employee customer service, role model company values, and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• • You will join PitchBook’s People team, a values-driven group dedicated to fostering collaboration, delivering exceptional employee experiences, and creating impactful, fun programs that empower employees to do their best work while continuously learning and leveraging diverse perspectives.
