  • • Day to day, the role involves overseeing daily office operations across locations, managing vendor relationships for facilities, catering, supplies, and building services, coordinating office logistics and IT support needs, and serving as the primary point of contact with brokers and landlords during office expansions. The position also includes planning and executing large-scale company offsites and events—handling venue selection, logistics, programming, and budget management—and designing and implementing employee perks and programs that boost workplace satisfaction. Additionally, the manager serves on the Culture Committee, using feedback and creative solutions to continuously improve the employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of office management, employee experience, or related fields
  • • Track record of planning and executing large-scale events for 100+ people
  • • Excellent ability to manage against a budget and identify areas of opportunity
  • • Ability to manage and negotiate with vendors
  • • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and clear communication skills
