  • • This pivotal role sits within the People Operations department, reporting to the Employee Growth & Experience Manager, and is dedicated to the high-quality execution of critical HR functions including employee training, comprehensive onboarding, our corporate university program, professional development initiatives, and impactful engagement activities.
  • • Your primary mission will be to ensure that all learning experiences and internal communications are delivered with unwavering consistency, utmost professionalism, and in strict alignment with organizational standards, thereby reinforcing performance expectations, driving capability development, and championing employee growth.
  • • You will act as a key execution partner, translating strategic vision and program designs into reliable, repeatable, and positive employee experiences that are the bedrock of our People Operations function.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • **Training & Onboarding Resources:** You will facilitate engaging new hire orientation sessions, meticulously coordinating all logistical aspects including scheduling, preparing materials, managing calendars, ensuring technology readiness, and crafting clear participant communications.
  • • You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing participant feedback from orientation, onboarding, and training sessions, using these insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall new hire and training experience.
  • • A key part of your role will be to empower managers by providing them with easy access to essential training materials, guides, and onboarding resources, and to support them with any questions related to onboarding logistics and materials.
  • • **Corporate University Program:** You will support the seamless execution of the Agile Defense University program, guaranteeing consistent delivery of all approved learning offerings.
  • • This includes coordinating course schedules, liaising with instructors, managing session logistics, and communicating effectively with participants.
  • • You will maintain the Agile University calendars, ensure all learning materials are up-to-date, and keep accurate attendance records.
  • • Tracking participation, completion rates, and feedback for Corporate University courses will be crucial for program evaluation.
  • • **University Partnerships & External Collaboration:** You will support the operational coordination with our identified university partners and external education providers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • • Tracking participation and outcomes for these partnership programs will help us measure their effectiveness.
  • • Your efforts will ensure that all partnership activities are executed with consistency and professionalism.
  • • **Professional Development Program:** You will meticulously review and approve professional development requests and reimbursement submissions, ensuring they align with established policies, eligibility criteria, and approval thresholds.
  • • You will partner with Finance and People Operations leadership as needed to validate reimbursement requests and supporting documentation.
  • • You will actively support managers and employees in accessing approved professional development resources and understanding program requirements.
  • • Maintaining accurate records of participation, reimbursements, and overall program utilization is a key responsibility.
  • • Tracking participation, completion, and reimbursement metrics will be essential for transparency and audit readiness.
  • • Providing execution feedback, participation insights, and utilization trends to the Employee Growth & Experience Manager will directly inform program effectiveness and strategic adjustments.
  • • **Coordinate Engagement and Recognition Activities:** You will play a vital role in executing impactful engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  • • This involves coordinating logistics, timelines, and communications for all engagement activities.
  • • You will coordinate and publish important employee milestones, such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and service recognitions, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • • Managing the logistics for welcome and recognition moments, like new hire announcements and milestone acknowledgements, will be a core function.
  • • You will coordinate the ordering and distribution of new-hire welcome kits, recognition items, and celebratory materials.
  • • Supporting peer recognition initiatives (e.g., “Cheers for Peers”) by managing submissions, communications, and fulfillment will be a key contribution.
  • • Maintaining accurate tracking of engagement activities and participation ensures we can measure our impact.
  • • Ensuring all communications are timely, professional, and consistent with People Operations standards is paramount.
  • • You will support leaders and managers in driving participation and follow-through on engagement efforts.
  • • Tracking participation and completion for engagement initiatives will provide valuable data for analysis.
  • • **People Operations Communications:** You will develop, format, and distribute clear and concise People Operations communications covering training, onboarding, Corporate University offerings, professional development, engagement activities, and general People Ops updates.
  • • Ensuring communications are timely, accurate, and consistent in tone and messaging is critical for maintaining trust and clarity.
  • • Partnering with People Operations leadership will ensure alignment with strategic priorities and company-wide messaging.
  • • **Learning Records, Metrics & Coordination:** You will maintain meticulous and accurate records of training, onboarding, Agile Defense University, and professional development participation.
  • • Tracking completion and participation metrics will provide essential data for reporting and analysis.
  • • Ensuring all records are audit-ready and easily accessible is a fundamental requirement of the role.
