- • The Employee Health Consultant plays a vital role in supporting organizational health and safety by coordinating occupational health programs under the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining confidential employee health records.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating occupational health requirements for new hires and current employees, tracking N95 fit testing, vaccines, and immunizations, managing OSHA reporting, serving as a liaison between employees, managers, and workers’ compensation carriers, assisting in return-to-work plan development, supporting HR and Compliance in audit functions, and conducting regular health and safety training sessions.
