- • As an Employee Relations & Performance Specialist at GoTo, Inc., you will play a critical role in fostering a fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace by partnering with HR Business Partners, Legal, and leadership to ensure consistent and equitable employee relations practices across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the employee relations case lifecycle through documentation, tracking, and preparing clear summaries; enabling performance management processes by assisting with coaching documentation, pre-PIP steps, and review cycles; generating people insights by analyzing ER trends, exit interview data, and engagement feedback; and maintaining accurate reporting and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
- • You will join GoTo’s People and Talent team, which goes beyond traditional HR to act as trusted partners in building the company’s future through innovative tools, AI integration, and a culture of growth, adaptability, and belonging—where every employee is empowered to thrive in a dynamic, AI-enabled workplace.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics while contributing to inclusive workplace initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with HR systems and reporting tools, and growing your ability to influence organizational decisions through data and trusted partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Performance Management, or People Operations
- • Strong documentation and case management skills with attention to detail
- • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
- • Experience supporting performance management cycles or employee relations processes
- • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with managers and HR stakeholders
- • Comfort working with HR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
