- • As an EMR Analyst II on the Clinical Research Informatics team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, you will play a critical role in advancing clinical research through the effective use of Epic Research tools, directly supporting compliance, operational efficiency, participant recruitment, and ultimately improved health outcomes for pediatric patients.
- • You will develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and educational resources; facilitate user training sessions; provide ongoing support; troubleshoot system issues; identify workflow improvements; and maintain documentation to ensure successful adoption and user-centered research operations across the organization.
- • You will collaborate closely with researchers, clinicians, and Information Services teams to support system updates, analyze and implement technical solutions, and ensure Epic Research applications align with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
- • The Clinical Research Informatics team is part of the Chief Research Information Office at Cincinnati Children's, a nationally ranked pediatric hospital recognized for innovation, research excellence, and commitment to advancing science and discovery through technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Epic Research modules, strengthen your instructional design and change management skills, build cross-functional collaboration abilities, and contribute to meaningful improvements in clinical research processes that accelerate discoveries and enhance patient care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- • Epic certification in the supported module(s) is preferred; if not certified at time of hire, certification is required within six (6) months of start date
- • Experience developing training materials and facilitating instructional sessions
- • Understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements and operational workflows
- • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
