Enablement Manager, Revenue

📋 Description

• • As an Enablement Manager, Revenue at Deel, you will develop and execute enablement strategies that empower Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to engage customers effectively, drive growth, and deliver results in a rapidly scaling global SaaS environment.
• • You will design and lead continuing education programs, eLearning scripts, sales playbooks, and other initiatives that streamline workflows and improve the customer buying experience, ensuring alignment and peak performance across GTM teams as Deel expands internationally.
• • You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business to define, develop, and deliver impactful enablement programs, utilizing internal and vendor-based AI tools to create blended training experiences combining remote delivery and e-learning content.
• • You will set clear expectations, track program milestones and KPIs, provide continuous feedback, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring measurable learning outcomes that align with business needs and support continuous improvement.
• • You will engage with audiences to understand their evolving needs and ensure programs remain relevant, while leveraging your expertise in sales methodologies and productivity tools to drive adoption and performance.
