- • The Encompass Support Manager leads the day-to-day support operations of the ICE Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS), ensuring timely resolution of production issues, maintaining system stability, and delivering high-level service to business stakeholders.
- • The role involves managing the Encompass Support team, overseeing ticket intake and resolution, and partnering with Operations, Encompass Admins, UAT, and Compliance to resolve issues efficiently and escalate appropriately.
- • CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) is the nation’s number one distributed retail mortgage lender with over 7,000 employees, 700+ branches, and a culture recognized for employee engagement, entrepreneurial spirit, and transparency from leadership.
- • The person in this role can develop leadership expertise in mortgage technology support, drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues, and gain deep experience in balancing production support with system enhancements through close collaboration with Change Control and stakeholder teams.
