- • The Senior Advisor, Accredo Communications (Encore) provides targeted strategic and execution support for high-priority customer communication initiatives impacting Accredo Pharmacy, focusing on advising, shaping, and advancing communication capabilities with measurable outcomes in a part-time structure.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a senior advisor to product owners and leaders, refining strategy and roadmap inputs, defining business problems and success measures, providing coaching and mentoring to delivery partners, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance communication use cases, and contributing artifacts such as strategy recommendations, journey insights, and readiness assessments.
- • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, which creates pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality through innovation in prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness.
- • The person can develop deep expertise in Accredo communication journeys, deliver actionable recommendations that improve patient engagement and communication effectiveness, and contribute to measurable improvements in cross-team alignment and health outcomes within the first year.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in customer communications strategy, digital engagement, or related healthcare/PBM roles, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level advisory input, recommendations, and decision support for communication or customer experience initiatives
- • Working knowledge of healthcare, PBM, or specialty pharmacy environments; Accredo Pharmacy familiarity strongly preferred
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex concepts into clear guidance and artifacts
- • Experience with common collaboration and planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel)
