• • As an Engagement Associate at Metaview AI Limited, you will serve as the critical bridge between customers, product, and sales, turning insights into impact by driving AI adoption and transforming hiring workflows for SMB and mid-market clients.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new customers with high-impact experiences, driving product adoption through data-informed engagement, owning account health by monitoring usage and mitigating risk, resolving user issues swiftly by coordinating with technical teams, systematizing effective customer success practices for scale, and championing the customer voice to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
